What each service includes, what it does not include, and when refunds may or may not apply.
Free Pathway Scan
Includes a basic review of your situation to decide whether China may be worth further preparation. It does not include full medical record review, diagnosis, treatment advice, hospital confirmation, insurance approval, or expert consultation.
Remote Expert / Joint Consultation
May include intake review, record checklist, medical timeline, case summary, Chinese case brief, expert questions, expert matching, single-expert or MDT coordination, consultation summary, possible hospital route, medical cost range, and next-step planning.
Refund Rules
If work has not started, a refund may be possible. Once record review, translation, case preparation, expert matching, hospital communication, or consultation scheduling has started, fees may be partially or fully non-refundable. Once expert consultation has been completed or an expert fee has been committed, that portion is non-refundable. Third-party fees follow the third party's own refund rules.
In-China Medical Navigation
May include appointment coordination, accompaniment, interpretation, hospital process support, insurance document support, payment guidance, admission/discharge support, and follow-up document organization.
