How It Works

From a free pathway scan, to remote expert consultation, to on-the-ground care in China.

You don't need to send a full medical file, pay a large fee, or book a flight on day one. We make clear what each step needs, what it delivers, and how it's priced -- before you decide whether to continue.

Understand the direction first, prepare records second. Service scope and fees are confirmed in writing before each stage begins.

Step 1 Free Pathway Scan

We look at the direction first -- not the full file yet.

A small amount of information is enough to confirm disease type, urgency, insurance, visa, and the feasibility of coming to China.

Send us first

  • The single problem you most want solved
  • Current country and possible travel window
  • Existing diagnosis, imaging or lab conclusions
  • Private / international insurance or self-pay budget

You'll receive

  • Whether the China route is worth assessing
  • Public international clinic vs. private hospital fit
  • Which records still need to be collected
  • Whether to enter expert / MDT consultation
Step 2 Expert Consultation

Turn scattered records into Chinese material an expert can read fast.

For international patients, the difficult part is rarely "finding a hospital" -- it's preparing records, imaging, medication lists and questions in a form a Chinese specialist can rapidly evaluate.

We organize

  • Medical history timeline and key results
  • Imaging, pathology, labs, medication record
  • Chinese case brief and question list
  • Material pack ready for expert review

We assess

  • Whether MDT or single-expert review fits
  • Which specialist type and consultation format
  • Tests still needed before traveling
  • Medical cost range and insurance pathway
Step 3 In-China Execution

Turn a medical route into an executable schedule.

Once you decide to travel, we coordinate hospital appointments, transfers, interpretation, admission, insurance documents and discharge paperwork into a clear itinerary.

Before arrival

  • Confirm hospital, doctor and exam sequence
  • Visa, insurance and records preparation
  • Airport pickup, lodging, interpreter, escort

In-care & after

  • On-site accompaniment, interpretation, payment
  • Insurance documents, GOP, claim files
  • Results, prescriptions and follow-up plan

Expert Consultation

Bring the case to the right specialist.

Record organization, translation, route mapping, and question lists are all part of the consultation prep -- not separate add-ons.

Stage Two

Remote Expert / MDT Consultation

Suited for oncology, hematology, neurological disease, complex surgery, second opinions, multidisciplinary review, CAR-T or other high-stakes medical decisions. We organize records into a Chinese case brief, then match a single specialist or MDT based on the disease.

Multidisciplinary team consultation

Pre-Consultation Prep

Build the medical timeline, key results, imaging, pathology, medication list and a focused question list.

Consultation Format

Single specialist or MDT -- selected by case type. Format and fee are confirmed in writing before start.

Core Deliverables

Expert summary, recommended tests, possible treatment paths, fit for travel, and next-step plan.

Cost Expression

Medical costs are stated as ranges only. Surgery, hospitalization, drugs and insurance results are confirmed by the hospital and insurer.

Pricing Structure

Confirm scope and fees before service starts.

We separate our service fees, expert fees, and medical cost ranges. Before any work begins, you receive clear scope and a written quote.

Free Pathway Scan

A fast read of your situation and next-step guidance. Full case review happens during expert consultation prep.

Our Service Fees

Record organization, translation coordination, consultation organization, scheduling and on-site escort are quoted separately.

Expert & Consultation Fees

Confirmed individually based on specialist seniority, hospital, city, and single vs. MDT format.

Medical Cost Range

Exams, surgery, hospitalization and drugs can only be estimated as ranges; final billing is by the hospital and insurer.

Note: A medical cost range can be provided before traveling. Surgical course, hospital length of stay, medications, consumables, anesthesia, ICU, complication management and insurance review can all influence final medical costs.
Service Boundaries

We coordinate. Doctors decide medical care.

Cross-border care needs someone to connect information, hospitals, insurance and travel. Diagnosis and treatment plans are confirmed by the attending physician.

We coordinate

  • Organize and translate medical records
  • Match the right hospital, department and specialist route
  • Coordinate international clinics, private hospitals, escort and interpretation
  • Assist with direct billing, pre-authorization and claim documents
  • Turn the trip into a clear schedule and action list

Doctors confirm care

  • Diagnosis and treatment plans rest with the attending physician
  • Specialist scheduling, beds and exams are confirmed by the hospital
  • Direct billing, pre-auth and reimbursement rest with the insurer
  • Final medical costs follow hospital billing and actual treatment path
  • Adjustments to existing treatment require physician confirmation first
