We help patients understand possible China hospital routes, prepare medical records for expert review, coordinate remote expert or MDT consultation, and support in-China medical arrangements when travel makes sense.

Our trust principles:

• We do not guarantee hospital acceptance, insurance coverage, treatment results, or final medical costs.
• We only share your records with hospitals, doctors, translators, insurance-related contacts, or service partners when needed for your case.
• Paid services are confirmed in writing before payment.
• Hospital medical costs are estimates only and may change based on actual treatment.
• Insurance coverage is decided by the insurer and hospital, not by medcareinchina.
