By using this website, submitting information, requesting a free pathway scan, sending medical records, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

medcareinchina provides patient navigation services, which may include:

• Free pathway scan.
• Case intake.
• Medical record organization.
• Translation coordination.
• Remote expert or MDT consultation coordination.
• Hospital route research.
• Appointment coordination.
• In-China accompaniment, interpretation, logistics, and document support.

We are not responsible for medical decisions made by hospitals, doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers, travel providers, hotels, transport providers, or government authorities.

Patient responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Do not hide major medical facts, allergies, prior treatments, or insurance exclusions.
• Review service scope and pricing before payment.
• Understand that medical costs are estimates unless directly confirmed by the hospital in writing.
• Seek emergency care locally when urgent.

Fees:

medcareinchina service fees are quoted in writing. Third-party fees, including hospital bills, doctor fees, lab fees, medication, insurance, hotel, transport, visa, translation, and payment charges, may be separate.

Limitations:

We do not guarantee results, appointment success, hospital admission, insurance coverage, visa approval, travel safety, or final medical cost.

We may refuse or stop service if information is false, the case is unsafe, payment is not completed, the request is outside our scope, or the patient needs emergency/local care.
